Only about 10% of a director's job is giving acting “direction”. The other 90% is personality management.  With hundreds of productions under his belt, Michael has made every mistake a director can make, only to learn from these mistakes to grow as a director and leader.  This class will give the new or seasoned director ideas of how to approach rehearsals schedules, interact with technical directors, work with designers, and create a safe and supportive environment, allowing for actors to perform at their best.
